Points are like magic beans you can use to grow your own pair of TWOOBS in the backyard. Ok, they also can be redeemed for money off your next pair of TWOOBS.

And for every dollar you spend you’ll get a point ($1 = 1 point).

You also get points for fun stuff like following us on Instagram (why aren't you already?!).

This is easy peasy.
If you’re signed up, just log in to your account and hit the button that says ‘redeem my points’.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll get a top-secret email with a special code you can use at checkout.

You’ve got 12 months to redeem your points from the date you earned ‘em.

And don’t forget, points don’t relate to your level! Once you’ve moved up a level you’ll never lose it.

The limit does not exist. But for real, You can earn as many (or as little) points as your heart desires.

Our level are based on your lifetime spend.

There’s no time frame you need to spend in order to move up to a new level, cos we don’t believe in making you buy something just cos you feel the pressure of a time limit.
You can just invest in a pair of the world’s comfiest shoes only when you really need ‘em.

We’ve been thinking about ways that we can reward you for doing better for the planet for a while now, but we knew that if we were gonna create a loyalty program it needed to be, well, different.

We didn’t want to put something out into the world that just encourages you to buy more stuff that you don’t need.

We wanted to reward you for making better choices, like when you decide to buy a pair of planet-friendly, fully recyclable shoes (that’d be us, hi!), instead of a fast fashion pair you might’ve bought in the past.

And so that’s just what we did. Think of it like us paying you to shop better for the planet. Pretty cool right?!
