PWOINTS are like magic beans you can use to grow your own pair of TWOOBS in the backyard. Ok, they’re also points.
And for every dollar you spend you’ll get a PWOINT ($1 = 1 point).
You also get PWOINTS for learning more about our planet, and for fun stuff like following us on Instagram (cos like, why aren't you already?!).
Oooo this is our fave part! You can earn PWOINTS by doing stuff like:
- Watching and reading special content related to the four missions
- Joining our secret Facebook community (shhhh!) or following us on TikTok
You can also earn double PWOINTS when you try a diff style from TWOOBS! Cos we’ve challenged ourselves to create planet-friendly alternatives to allllll the fast fashion shoes out there.
Aaaaand for every $1 you spend, you'll earn 1 PWOINT.
This is easy peasy (lemon squeezy).
If you’re signed up, all ya need to do is log in to your account and hit the button that says ‘redeem my points’.
Once you’ve done that, you’ll get a top-secret email with a special code you can use at checkout.
You’ve got 12 months to redeem your PWOINTS from the date you earned ‘em.
And don’t forget, PWOINTS don’t relate to your mission! Once you’ve moved up a mission you’ll never lose it.
The limit does not exist (to the Mathletes and to PWOINTS). But for real, You can earn as many (or as little) PWOINTS as your heart desires.
Our missions are based on your lifetime spend.
There’s no time frame you need to spend in to move up to a new mission, cos we don’t believe in making you buy something just cos you feel the pressure of a time limit.
You can just invest in a pair of the world’s comfiest shoes only when you really need ‘em.

Ya sure can. If you’re returning the entire order, we’ll refund you the total dollar amount you spent after your PWOINTS were applied. Aaand the PWOINTS you redeemed will be credited back into your account.
Great q! If you placed an order with us within the last 6 months of our Goody Two Shoes launch (AKA from September 2023), your purchases will count towards your current mission.

We’ve been thinking about ways that we can reward you for doing better for the planet for a while now, but we knew that if we were gonna create a loyalty program it needed to be, well, different.
We didn’t want to put something out into the world that just encourages you to buy more stuff that you don’t need. We’ve all got tooooo much stuff. What we wanted to do is reward you for learning more about our beautiful Mama Earth and what we can do to take care of her.
We also wanted to reward you for making better choices, like when you decide to buy a pair of planet-friendly, carbon offset and fully recyclable shoes (that’d be us, hi!), instead of a fast fashion pair you might’ve bought in the past.
And so that’s just what we did. Think of it like us paying you to learn and shop better for the planet. Pretty cool right?!
