This role is focused on delivering revenue results across our digital channels whilst focusing on our retention strategies that drive customer loyalty and repeat purchases for long-term growth.
What You'll Do
- Managing and continuing to level up our loyalty program Goody Two Shoes
- Strategically increasing repeat purchases and improving the lifetime value of our amazing TWOOBS customers and loyalty program members
- Ideating, creating and sending out EDMs
- Writing TWOOBSY copy for all aspects of the business, from product descriptions to marketing launches and everything in between
- Scaling our segmentation strategy across email and SMS
- Taking our email flows to the next level
- Managing relationship with our external providers including our web developers, affiliate network and digital marketing agency
- Using our data to deliver key insights around our customers, ensuring that we measure metrics that matter for us, and can create actions from your insights
- Improving sales performance through A/B testing and CRO strategies

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Media Manager to join the team on our mission to save the planet… but make it fashion.
Social Media Management:
- Manage TWOOBS’ social media across multiple platforms (Insta 68k, TikTok 12k) including feed planning + writing copy for captions.
- Ensure TWOOBS social media consistently communicates the brand’s values.
Content Creation:
- Work closely with the Social Media and Content Producer to create regular and consistent content across various formats (video, static, blog and more).
Influencer Relations:
- Actively seek out new collaboration opportunities with influencers and content creators that align with TWOOBS' values to expand reach and drive engagement.
What we’re looking for is someone who:
- LOVES social media & pop culture.
- Is super comfortable and confident behind and in front of the camera.
- Cares about the planet.
What your skill set looks like:
- You have proven experience managing socials + creating content for a brand.
