We don’t ever want anyone to end up with a pair of shoes they don’t love (wouldn’t that be terrible for the planet… and your wardrobe space) so we accept returns & refunds or exchanges on all orders, as long as:
- You contact us within one month of purchase (we know it can take a couple of weeks to get around to these things).
- The shoes haven't been worn - please make sure you're trying them on inside, so that we can find them a new forever home.

Aus orders: You can return or exchange your shoes online via our AusPost Returns Portal.
NZ & International orders: Please send an email to welovepandas@twoobs.com with your order number and we’ll help you out.
