Just a heads up, shipping costs on your order aren't refundable.
Any items purchased from our Closet Clean-Out are eligible for an exchange only, not a refund.
We don’t ever want anyone to end up with a pair of shoes they don’t love (wouldn’t that be terrible for the planet… and your wardrobe space) so we accept returns or exchanges on all orders, as long as:
- You contact us within one month of purchase (we know it can take a couple of weeks to get around to these things).
- The shoes haven't been worn - please make sure you're trying them on inside, so that we can find them a new forever home.
For hygiene reasons, we only accept returns and exchanges on Sockys if the packaging has not been broken and they have not been worn.
If you purchased an item from our Last Chance collection, it will only be eligible for an exchange or credit, not a refund.
If you opt for a credit note instead of a refund, please note that this credit note cannot be redeemed for a refund at a later stage, or if you wish to return a new order, purchased with the credit.
