Okay level with me here, how bad are these OOPSYs we’re talking about?
They’re really not that bad! But we just didn’t feel right selling them as if they were a regular pair of shoes, hence the discount. On some you can see the glue, and others have cracks on the bases, some discolouration in the platforms. Our team has agreed that if you wore these shoes out a few times you wouldn’t be able to tell the difference between OOPSYs and regular shoe wear and tear.
Will both shoes in my pair be OOPSYs?
In a lot of cases it’s actually just one shoe out of the pair that has the OOPSY. So if you stand to one side in your mirror selfies, no one will ever know.
Do they fit the same as regular TWOOBS?
Yep they sure do. The oopsys are purely aesthetic, so these shoes will fit you in the exact same way as our regular TWOOBS.
What’s the returns policy on OOPSYs?
If your shoes are the wrong size, you’ll be able to send your OOPSYs TWOOBS back for a different size. Other than that these are final sale so you won’t be able to receive a refund on any pair of OOPSYs, please choose carefully.
Will there be more opportunities for TWOOBS discounts?
We hope not! We never go on sale or offer discounts, because we throw our bestest prices at you all day everyday. This is a special opportunity to get TWOOBS at a lowered price, and we plan not to let this OOPSY happen again.
Do I need to worry about this happening in future?
Absotootely not! Our factory has pinky promised us that this will not be happening again, and just to be sure we’ve put some additional systems in place.
