Since 2016, sandals have been our bread and (vegan) butter. They’re where we started, what we’re known for and what we’ve spent nearly a decade perfecting.

You could say we know a thing or two about sandals. Actually… you could say we know a lot about sandals. Like, an unreasonable amount.

We know how a good sandal should feel. We know the perfect amount of squish. We know the difference between a shoe you can wear for five minutes and a shoe you can wear for five hours (or five days of exploring a new city).

Basically, we’re sandal nerds. And we’re very proud of it. But over the years, something has become very clear from our community: You don’t just want comfy feet in summer. You want TWOOBS comfort all year round.

When we launched The Sneaky Jane in 2024, we weren’t totally sure what would happen. We knew we’d created something special, a sneaker designed with that same TWOOBS DNA of comfort, ease and everyday wearability, but seeing it take off the way it did was pretty incredible.

And it confirmed something we’d been hearing from you for a long time. While we’ll always have sandals galore, you’ve been asking for more ways to bring that cloud-like TWOOBS feeling into your everyday life. Especially when the weather cools down.

But here’s the thing: we never want to create something just because we can. We don’t chase trends. We don’t want to add more stuff to the world for the sake of it. Every TWOOBS product has to have a reason to exist. And when our community tells us they’re looking for better alternatives to uncomfortable, less planet-conscious shoes they wear every day? That’s when we know there’s an opportunity to step in.

Because making shoes people actually want to wear more of, and making them in a way that considers the planet, is exactly why we started TWOOBS in the first place.

So we’ve been listening. And we’ve been designing.

We’ve got some things in the works that we think you’re going to be reaaaallly excited about. (We’re trying very hard not to give too much away.) 

But before we do anything, we want to hear from you. Because TWOOBS would quite literally be nothing without the people who wear them, walk in them, travel in them and tell us what they need next.
